Shipping and Handling

Currently we ship only within the U.S. and Canada. Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We will notify you via email once your order has shipped.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 9.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within California.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Item(s) must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Please email us at info@designsbyyu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without approval.
