Terms/Policies

Minimums

Minimum Opening Order: $150 | Re-order: $100

Minimum Quantity: (Each Design) Single Cards-12 | Sets-6 | Gift Tags-8 | Magnets-6

Payment

We accept checks made payable to Designs by Yu. Orders will not ship until check clears. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through Paypal. Net 30 terms only for approved accounts. A 1.5% late fee will be applied per month to past due invoices.

Shipping

Currently we ship only within the U.S. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or the best carrier available. Orders generally ship within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise notified. We will notify you via email once your order has shipped.

Return Policy

There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Please email us at wholesale@designsbyyu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without approval. Please note, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on custom orders.
